At The Home Outlet Store, we want you to love every piece you pick for your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all hardware and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
